Director AI & Automation
About this role
Your MissionWe are looking for a Director AI & Automation to join our management team and take full ownership of our technology strategy, architecture, and AI transformation. You will own technical decision making for OMC, and you will be the driving force behind embedding AI across everything we build and deliver, both internally and for our clients.
The foundation for this is already in place. We have been working with AI and Machine Learning for years, and have long implemented services like predictive lead scoring for our clients. What started as pockets of expertise across the consultancy has now grown into something central to our strategy, and we are professionalizing it accordingly. What we need now is someone to own this transformation end to end and take it to the next level, a role important enough to warrant its own dedicated seat in management.
You will work in direct, close collaboration with the rest of the management team on overall strategy, consulting/delivery alignment, and on how technology and AI translate into revenue and market positioning.
