Senior Financial Controller

Your MissionWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team on a part-time basis (50%). Reporting directly to executive management, your mission is to build and professionalize our controlling function from the ground up across all our entities. In this key role, you will take full ownership of shaping our financial backbone: Steering financial planning and analysis, building automated KPI visibility, and bridging operational accounting with strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will serve as the central liaison to our external accounting partners, ensuring smooth daily operations and seamless year-end closings for our consultancy.
