The Internationalization team at Kaufland e-commerce plays a crucial role in expanding our online marketplaces into new countries. To do this, we increasingly rely on automated processes and scalable technical solutions to enter new markets quickly and efficiently. The team works cross-functionally with all areas of the company to ensure our international success.

AufgabenYour tasks – this is what awaits you in detail• You turn business processes into automated, self-serve solutions — from discovery to rollout, partnering closely with business departments to analyze and redesign existing workflows

You design and optimize AI-driven solutions, drawing on strong, hands-on expertise in modern LLMs and the surrounding ecosystem to ensure they perform reliably at scale

You collaborate with our Center of Excellence for Automation to propose, prioritize, and lead initiatives that improve our automation and AI platforms
