About this role

As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will take real ownership in identifying and engaging leadership talent while supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will contribute to Executive Recruiting across Germany, Poland, and global roles, build strong talent pipelines, and help ensure an outstanding candidate experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full value chain of strategic talent acquisition in a fast-growing international business. What You’ll Do

Research and identify leadership talent using LinkedIn, Boolean Search, internal tools, and creative sourcing strategies, building strong pipelines across functions and markets.

Manage the candidate journey from first outreach to shortlist by coordinating communication, follow-ups, and updates while delivering a consistently excellent candidate experience.

Gradually take part in initial candidate screenings and support the evaluation process, gaining exposure to interviews and assessment frameworks.

Monitor industry trends, talent movements, and competitor organizational structures and translate your findings into strategic talent maps.

Maintain accurate pipeline reports and share relevant insights with hiring teams to support data-driven recruitment decisions.

What You’ll Bring

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 2–
