Your mission• Support Customer Success: Assist in engaging with customers to understand their technical needs and use cases for Isarsoft Perception.

Bridge Tech & Requirements: Work alongside our engineering team to help translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.

Hands-on Technical Support: Partner with sales and engineering teams during technical workshops, product demos, and onboarding.

Product Improvement: Help investigate new feature opportunities based on real user data and customer feedback.

Your profile• Enrolled student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (ideally with at least 2 semesters remaining).

First practical experience (through projects, internships, or courses) in SQL, Python, and working with APIs/SDKs.

Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on helping users.

Fluency in both English and German (min. C1 level required).
