<p><span>AI agents can scaffold features, write tests, and run flows in minutes, but real impact comes from engineers who know when to trust, challenge, and systemize that output. At Podimo, one of Europe's fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms, we're looking for a Senior Android engineer who treats AI as a force multiplier and ships native experiences that millions of listeners depend on.</span></p><h2><strong>This is the role</strong></h2><p><span>You'll join Membership, a cross-functional group spanning Android, iOS, Web, Backend and QA, owning the subscriber lifecycle: auth, paywalls, subscriptions, billing and payments. The Android codebase is modern and native-first (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose) — React Native was removed entirely in August 2026, so you'll be building features, with some of the last migration cleanup still up for grabs.</span></p><p><span>You'll get to experiment with AI tooling, work with multiple agents at once, help shape how Android features are built, and care about quality from spec to ship.</span></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-2d965e3b-7fff-497f-8c99-fc5428ae6057">Your main responsibilities:</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Build and improve features in the Membership domain: auth (login, refresh tokens, account), paywalls & offers, subscriptions & plans, billing and payments (Google Play Billing), plus adjacent work in sharing and notifications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, similar) as a primary tool, not just a chat assistant.
