Role We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Platform Services to join our team. This is a global role, reporting to the Sr. Director, Cloud Operations - Platform Services in the Cloud Operations - Platform Services department. You will support our maturing platform through a unique blend of technical program management and vendor management skills. Your expertise in data center services, infrastructure, and carrier networks will be critical in delivering creative solutions and executing high-impact projects in a dynamic global environment.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Plan, source, negotiate, and deliver complex data center projects globally from inception to deployment

Negotiate with data center and carrier providers for colocation space, IP transit, dark fiber, and wave services while ensuring regional compliance

Conduct regular business and service reviews with global vendors to maintain high standards of service and delivery

Collaborate with technical and product teams to assess business requirements and track delivery of services to ensure timely utilization

Communicate updates to cross-functional partners, tailoring messaging from executive summaries to detailed technical briefings

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

8+ years of project management experience specifically in data center operations, global carrier services, or related infrastructure roles

Proven experience in vendor management, including commercial agreements and contract negotiations

Deep technical understanding of cloud and data center operations, infrastructure, and carrier networks

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
