Raisin is the world’s leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing. Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market.
Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns.
Team
The Raisin Group Credit Risk Management team is part of the second line of defense and is responsible for the oversight of credit risks across Raisin’s commercial, treasury, and financial counterparties. While Raisin does not engage in traditional lending, we are exposed to credit risk through receivables, guarantees, investments, and other contractual obligations.
Our team ensures these risks are consistently identified, assessed, monitored, and reported in line with Raisin’s risk appetite and strategic goals. We work closely with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Controlling, and Business Units to maintain a consistent and effective risk framework. We value a collaborative, data-driven approach and foster an inclusive environment that supports continuous learning and diverse perspectives.
Your Responsibilities
As our Credit Risk Manager, you will take full ownership of our credit risk framework, operating as a hands-on builder and independent risk partner. This role requires the resilience to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, the technical agility to modernize our reporting infrastructure using Looker and Mambu, and the expertise to tackle operational backlogs while ensuring robust risk steering across our diverse portfolio.
