We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance and advisory activities across the EMEA region and beyond. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with both direct and indirect tax regulations, supporting the business in structuring deals, and mitigating tax risks while enabling growth. You can chose to work from home or use one of our Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee tax compliance for direct and indirect taxes, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), and Withholding Tax (WHT) across EMEA.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to the Sales team, ensuring compliant and efficient deal structures in Europe and the Rest of the World.
  • Identify potential areas of non-compliance and implement measures to mitigate tax risk exposure.
  • Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international requirements.
  • Ensure intercompany pricing aligns with the tax model, updating markups and methodologies as needed.
  • Represent the company in tax audits and discussions with tax authorities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax-related matters within the organization.
  • Ideal Candidate:
  • The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise in international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes, along with excellent stakeholder management skills. You should be comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments, proactive in addressing risk, and confident in representing the company with external authorities.
