To support the continued growth of our Steam Turbine business, we are looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Manager for our Parts Business – Steam Turbines department. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing our parts business, building strong customer relationships, and driving profitable growth across our installed turbine fleet.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead and manage the SE TI STG GSO Spare Parts Team in Finspång of approx. 11 team members, with end-to-end responsibility from sales through order execution to delivery

Drive and improve the global Spare Parts business of the Finspång fleet, measured by KPIs with strong relevance for our customers (e.g. Customer Satisfaction, Quotation Response Times and On-Time Delivery)

Act as single point of contact for our Regions, other PCCs and Functions, on all Spare Parts related matters that relate to the Finspång Steam Turbine fleet

Ensure close collaboration with interface partners such as global and local Procurement, Logistics, Engineering and Sales Departments

Drive and improve the Service business on the Finspång fleet as member of the Product Competence Center (PCC) Leadership team

Collaborate with and contribute to the global STG Global Parts Leadership team by fostering our eCommerce activities, process automation and data improvements, as well as growth and development of our people

What You Bring

Experience in rotating equipment industry (ie. Engineering, PM, Finance, or other related discipline) of at least 5 years, preferably in the energy-industry
