Your opportunity

As Manager Group Business Control, you will play a central role in connecting financial insights with strategic decision-making. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization, providing analysis and perspectives that help guide Boliden's continued growth and development.

Who you will work with

You will be part of Group Finance and report to the Director Group Control. In your role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Group Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations, Strategy & Business Development, Business Areas and subsidiaries throughout the organization.

You will also lead a team of Group Controllers and work in an environment where knowledge sharing, teamwork and continuous improvement are key to success. The role offers a broad network of stakeholders and significant exposure to both operational and strategic topics.
