About this role

We are looking for a PR Assistant for our client, a leading international company within the fashion and lifestyle industry. This is a part-time consulting assignment of 8–16 hours per week, starting on October 1st, 2026 and running until March, 2027. The position is based in Stockholm.

The role is particularly suitable for someone at the beginning of their career or currently studying Communications, Marketing, PR or a related field and looking to gain hands-on experience within an international Brand PR organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sample unpacking, inventory management and storage
  • Prepare and pack samples for send-outs, including events, press days and showroom activities
  • Create proformas and relevant shipping documentation
  • Maintain the sample room and showroom, ensuring an organized, clean and presentation-ready environment
  • Organize and manage the PR sample archive
  • Track sample movements, returns and stock levels
  • Assist the PR team

About the Role: As a PR Assistant, you will support the Brand PR team with a variety of practical, administrative and operational activities. A key part of the role will be coordinating and managing PR samples and ensuring that the sample room and showroom are organized and presentation-ready. You will also support the team in connection with events, press days, gifting and other PR activities. This is a hands-on role where structure, attention to detail and a willingness to help are important. The position is part-time, approximately 1–2 days per week (8–16 hours), and requires you to work on-site in Stockholm.
