What You’ll Do 📈 Shape the Strategy – Assess market opportunities, identify challenges, and help define the roadmap for Instabee Finland’s growth.

🔍 Lead High-Impact Projects – Take ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance and scale our operations.

🤝 Work with Leadership – Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and senior team to set targets and implement strategic plans.

📊 Use Data to Drive Decisions – Monitor performance, track key business metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.

⚡ Remove Roadblocks – Identify challenges, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure our strategic initiatives run smoothly.

Who You Are
