Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced and technically capable Project Manager to support and drive complex semiconductor development and customer-focused technology projects.
The selected candidate will take ownership of critical development programs involving next-generation ASIC components and system platforms. The role requires the ability to coordinate internal engineering activities as well as manage external customer projects, ensuring successful execution against technical, business, and delivery objectives.

- Drive and oversee ASIC development programs throughout the complete lifecycle, from early design activities to manufacturing, OSAT coordination, and system bring-up.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage customer-facing technical projects while supporting effective integration and maintaining clear communication with external stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional and international engineering teams to monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and support efficient project execution.
