We are looking for a proactive System Designer within safety critial systems for our client in the automotive industry.
Work Description:
Design and develop system-level solutions for automotive functions, ensuring alignment with product and platform requirements
Drive and support software function development, from concept definition through implementation and validation
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, verification, and product stakeholders
Define system requirements, interfaces, and architecture
Ensure traceability and consistency across system requirements and design
Support integration and troubleshooting activities across vehicle systems
Required Qualifications
Technical degree within Mecatronics, Electrical- or System Control Engineering or similar
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a System Designer preferably within automotive ADAS systems
Experience in software function development, preferably in the automotive domain
Hands-on experience with CarWeaver or similar system engineering tools
Solid understanding of automotive system architecture, signals, and interfaces
Experience working in a complex stakeholder environment, requiring strong coordination and alignment skills
Swedish Driving license B is a must
Vector competence
Matlab (Simulink/stateflow)

Experience testing and validating functions on vehicle
Experience working with legal/compliance-related functions
Experience in safety-related systems
