ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Technical Engineer within Retail Payments, you will play a key role in driving payment initiatives across H&M's global retail landscape. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, improve processes, and ensure successful delivery across markets, vendors, and internal teams. You are a structured and proactive person who enjoys creating clarity, driving accountability, and turning decisions into action.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive payment initiatives from idea to implementation across markets, vendors and internal teams.
Coordinate stakeholders, risks, dependencies and delivery plans to ensure successful execution.
Support the implementation and rollout of payment solutions across H&M's global retail landscape.
Establish and improve ways of working, governance processes and operational routines within Retail Payments.
Facilitate decision-making through clear communication, structure and status reporting.
Challenge stakeholders and vendors when commitments, timelines or quality expectations are at risk.
Requirements
- WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in project coordination, delivery management or systems integration.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple teams and external partners.
- Understanding of payment systems, POS environments and technical integrations.
- Comfortable driving accountability, following up on commitments and pushing initiatives forward.
