Responsibilities
- As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Markem-Imaje, you get to work at the heart of our Print & Apply platform, as part of a small team in an international context where ideas move quickly from discussion to implementation and everyone's technical input matters.
- In this role, you will:
- Be directly involved in and influence important technical decisions for the development of our Print & Apply products.
- Work close to the hardware you are building software for, developing a system level understanding of how your code interacts with the motors, sensors, and electronics around it.
- Collaborate with the wider team, both locally and across the global organization, drawing on their experience while helping shape the direction of the products you work on.
- The role involves hands on coding, mainly in C++ in a Linux environment, developing the controller software that runs our Print & Apply products. You will work close to the hardware, from motors and sensors to the electronics that drive them, testing and troubleshooting your own code together with the team.
