Job Description

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Environmental, Health & Safety (ES&H) Manager to support the delivery of a major Data Centre construction project. Reporting to the Project ES&H Lead, you will play a key role in driving exceptional safety performance, overseeing contractor compliance, managing project risks, and promoting a proactive safety culture across a complex construction environment. This is a highly visible, site-based role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, technical expertise, and a passion for achieving world-class safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of project ES&H strategies, programmes, and performance objectives.

Monitor and assess contractor ES&H performance across multiple work fronts.

Conduct site inspections, audits, and assurance activities to verify compliance with project requirements and legal obligations.
