Reliability Engineer, Credit Connector Hub team (Helsinki/Oulu)

Our mission within Technology is to provide secure, reliable, and highly automated platform products that enable OP Pohjola's business areas to develop and deliver their services effectively. We are now looking for a Reliability Engineer to join the CCH team. This versatile DevOps team is responsible for both developing and operating hybrid infrastructure services that span premise environments and Azure cloud solutions. In this role, you will work across the entire lifecycle of services-from design and development to production operations and incident management.

Together with your team, you will ensure the availability, performance, and recoverability of platform services, while continuously improving production environments proactively-not only through incident resolution but by preventing issues before they occur.

The position is located in Helsinki or Oulu. In line with OP Pohjola's ways of working, we offer flexible hybrid work within Finland.

A few words about the job

You will:

Ensure the practical functionality and continuous development of change and incident management processes, with a strong focus on automation

Analyse incidents and disruptions, identify root causes, and eliminate systemic issues

Collaborate closely with application development teams to ensure reliability is embedded already in the design phase

Consider regulatory requirements and strict deadlines in technical solutions

Work as a technical expert, influencing both platform-level and application-level technical implementations

Ensure the quality and accuracy of data and data queries in incident resolution situations
