About this role

Responsibilities

• As a Business Operations Trainee in the Core Networks business unit, you will work closely with product management, R&D, and other stakeholders to help orchestrate and track corporate and BU initiatives, actions and programs, and provide management reporting and tracking that supports decision-making through structured analysis and effective communication.
• You will perform and support different ad-hoc analyses as requested, and co-host meetings and reviews. Management interaction is key, as well as maintaining high standards for accurate and timely delivery of reports and analysis.
• You don't shy away from large amounts of data and can summarize complex topics into clear information. You are well organized and comfortable in a global environment, often working with tight deadlines, a large number of contacts, and the never-ending rhythm of new requests and changes.
• Most of all, you have the passion and determination to join and support the management, execution and profitability of this key part of Nokia's Mobile Infrastructure business.
