KONE's Global Sustainability team is looking for a proactive and purpose-driven

Sustainability Specialist

to join our Sustainability Reporting team, Global Sustainability, Supply Chain unit to Espoo, Finland.

In this role, you will contribute to KONE's sustainability development and influence how KONE is recognized as a leading sustainable company.

Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating KONE response to external sustainability assessments and recognitions

Supporting in CSRD reporting

Supporting data collection, validation and analytics for Scope 1, 2 & 3.

Potentially participate or coordinate certain development or compliance related projects.

Please note that these are examples of the types of tasks included in the role. The position covers a broad range of environmental sustainability related tasks and may at times involve working on or finding solutions for other areas of sustainability as well.

What we're looking for:Familiarity with key sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as ESRS/CSRD, GRI, ISSB, CDP and the GHG Protocol and other sustainability topics (Environmental, Social and Governance)

Strategical understanding

Strong analytical and communication skills

Collaborative mindset combined with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, global environment

Ability to work simultaneously in multiple internal and cross-functional projects, and to perform under pressure and manage tight timelines effectively

Fluent Englis
