Organization & Work Transformation Consulting Trainee

We are now searching for a Trainee to join our Organization and Work Transformation offering within Human Capital consulting team in Helsinki.

We would like you to start your four-month full time Trainee period in January 2027. Many of our Trainees have continued with us after the Trainee period.

Job Description

As a Trainee you will belong to one or more client engagement teams. Our projects help clients navigate significant changes, such as strategic transformations, ERP implementations, workforce transformations and personnel development initiatives. As part of engagement team, your tasks may include participating in data gathering and analysis and preparing client materials, among others. You may also get to assist in selling of these services.
