We are now looking for students in the final stages of their studies or recent graduates to become Trainees at Deloitte's Tax Services in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku! Many Trainees continue with us into permanent roles after their Trainee period.

Your full-time Trainee period lasts 4-6 months and will take place during the following periods in our different tax teams: Global Business Tax: October 2026 - January 2027 (M&A Tax Trainee) or February 2027 - June 2027

Global Employer Services: February 2027 - May 2027

Tax Technology Consulting: March 2027 - August 2027

Value Added Tax: March 2027 - August 2027

Please, mention in your application if you wish for another time for your Trainee period. As a Trainee, you are an important part of the team, and you will immediately get involved in customer projects. You will get to know the world of tax consultants and work with domestic and international tax matters.

In the Global Business Tax team, Trainee's tasks typically include preparing tax returns, various reports related to corporate taxation, and assisting domestic and international clients in tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions and transfer pricing.

In the Global Employer Services team, you get to work in a wide range of areas such as personal taxation, rewarding, and social security. The duties typically include assisting international and domestic clients in tax and social security issues related to international mobility and rewarding, as well as in related applications, personal tax returns and reports. Please be aware that within the Global Employer Services team, the only available locations are Tampere and Helsinki .

Tax Technology Consulting team makes tax happen in practice. Depending on your interest and expertise, you get to work e.g. in tax technology projects where we design, build and implement tax tools and tech
