We are seeking a highly motivatedBusiness Controller, Service to join theNordics Finance Team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting key business leaders and the Head of Business Control, Nordics in driving and monitoring the business performance by providing financial insight. The purpose of the role is also to ensure that business KPIs are logical and add value, actions are defined based on performance, and that benefit realizations are delivered. Business Controller is also accountable for executing the planning process according to global guidelines with the business leaders.

Responsibilities and Key Activities:

Business partnering with strong outside-in mindset understanding of the business logic and dependencies between key operational processes, relationships and metrics, challenging the business leaders to enhance decision making and business performance

Being the key finance professional and trusted advisor of finance matters in the organization and promote and ensure adequate finance understanding in the business organization
