About this role
We are looking for a Content Creator for a permanent, full-time position at Nova Skyland & Nova Galaxy Village!
As a Content Creator at Nova Skyland & Nova Galaxy Village, you will be responsible for producing content for social media channels, photographing, maintaining the website, and producing materials, such as ordering printed products. Depending on your skill set, your tasks may also include other marketing responsibilities.
The work is primarily done on-site at both hotels in Rovaniemi during weekdays, but there may also be occasional evening and weekend work as a content creator you'll be where the action happens!
The position is permanent and full-time. The recruitment process will be conducted in collaboration with Bondata Lapland, and the employment contract will be signed directly between Nova Skyland and the selected candidate. Work is set to begin in the fall of 2026, once a suitable applicant is found.
Your tasks will include:
Maintaining social media channels and the website
Designing and implementing marketing materials for social media & websites
Photography, editing photos and videos
Customer service on social media channels
Material production tasks, such as ordering printed products and work clothing

We hope you have:
Experience in social media marketing
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, Meta Business Suite, and WIX website design tools; knowledge of Google Ads, Fareharbour, or Profitroom systems will also be considered an advantage
Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
Residence in Rovaniemi, as the work is conducted in the office and hotels in Rovaniemi
