Finnish or Swedish Customer Service Representative in Portugal

TP Portugal is currently looking for Finnish- and Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support customers of a well-known Nordic streaming and entertainment service.
Speakers of other languages are also needed for various projects.
The position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. Recruitment and employment are handled directly by TP Portugal. This vacancy is being shared through the company’s employee referral programme.
Your responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers through phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
Your daily tasks may include:
helping customers create and access their accounts;
resolving login and password-related issues;
assisting with streaming, playback and buffering problems;
providing guidance on supported devices, installation and technical settings;
answering questions about subscriptions, payments and billing;
helping customers update, pause or cancel their subscriptions;
recording customer feedback and reporting recurring issues.
You will receive training before starting the role, so previous experience with the platform is not required.
Requirements
- Fluent or native-level Finnish or Swedish, both spoken and written;
- Good command of English, preferably at least B2 level;
- Completed secondary education;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems;
- Ability to communicate patiently and professionally with customers;
- Interest in streaming services, films, television series or sports is an advantage;
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
