What you’ll do

As a Content Moderator, you will:

review videos, images, text and audio content;

cooperate with policy, compliance and legal teams when necessary.

The role involves rotating shifts, which may include nights, weekends and public holidays.

You may also come across sensitive or potentially distressing content, so the role requires the ability to handle such material professionally.

What you’ll need

Finnish at C2 level;

English at B2 level or higher;

strong attention to detail;

ability to work independently and follow detailed guidelines;

willingness to keep up with frequently changing policies;

critical thinking skills;

previous experience in moderation, social media or a related field is an advantage, but not essential.
