Customer Service/Post-Sales Service – Temporary

About this role

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve
• post-sales claims
• submitted by retail customers.
• Investigate claims by analysing financial and transactional information.
• Use
• Excel
• to reconcile data, identify discrepancies and support investigations.
• Work closely with
• retail customers and manufacturers/vendors
• to validate claims and reach resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the claim process, including when handling disputed cases.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and other teams to resolve complex cases.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in
• Finance Operations, Claims, Commercial Operations, Customer Service
• or a similar role.
• Good financial acumen.
• Strong
• Excel and analytical skills
• .
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable dealing with both customers and external partners.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple cases and priorities.

• Experience with billing and credit processes and customer claims
