Logistics Operations Analyst
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain supply chain and logistics reports and dashboards, optimizing through tools like Power Query, PowerBI, Power Automate.
- Ensure end-to-end inventory accuracy and integrity, including quality control, compliance (e.g. dangerous goods), product expiration, obsolescence, returns, and seasonal stock.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for logistics and quality-related operational issues internally.
- Lead advanced data analysis to support logistics KPIs, performance metrics, and budget adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing cost-effective logistics solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Customer Fulfillment, Customer Supply Chain and Sales to troubleshoot and optimize logistics processes.
- Manage and monitor third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships; alignment on service levels, cost targets, and compliance.
- Lead regular performance reviews with transport vendors to measure service providers; identifying and driving action plans for improvement.
- Oversee capacity planning and risk mitigation for warehousing in coordination with demand & supply planning teams.
- Support strategic supply chain initiatives including regional network optimisation and digital transformation projects.
- Experience you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree
- in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Requirements
- in logistics, supply chain operations, inventory management, warehousing, transportation or a related field is an advantage
- Fluency English
- is required; Knowledge of an additional European language, such as French, German, Polish or Italian, is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical capabilities

- Proficiency in Excel
