About your job

As Solution Architect in our Tools & Automation team, you own the architecture and technical direction for observability, event management, AIOps and automation solutions. At the heart of your work is AIOps and auto-remediation: creating a systematic approach to discovering, prioritizing and delivering automation opportunities that reduce Mean Time to Resolution, improve signal quality and enable safe, self-healing operations.

Job responsibilities

Own the AIOps and auto-remediation strategy, including event correlation, anomaly detection, noise reduction, root-cause analysis and self-healing.

Establish a repeatable method for identifying and prioritizing remediation opportunities using incident, event and monitoring data.

Design proactive and predictive remediation based on early-warning signals, AI and machine learning.

Define reference architectures, technical standards and safe, governed patterns for turning correlated events into automated actions.

Set the technical roadmap for observability and event management, covering metrics, log analytics, synthetic monitoring and platform integrations.

Guide Solution Engineers, assure solution quality and evaluate platforms, tools and vendors.
