Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Application Consultant with hands-on development skills in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for designing robust solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality technical delivery across Dynamics 365 projects.
This role combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, ideal for someone who enjoys both architecting systems and getting their hands dirty with code.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, Sales or Marketing).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring best practices and scalable design.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Develop, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 components using Power Platform, Plugins, Workflows, and integrations (e.g., Azure, Dataverse, APIs).
- Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and technical governance across environments.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support solution documentation, estimation, and release planning.
