Responsibilities

• This is an experienced Pricing and Packaging Manager position focused on operationalizing our monetization strategy. Reporting to the senior leader overseeing our product and monetization strategy, you will be the analytical backbone and day-to-day engine for how we translate product value into predictable revenue streams.
• Your core mission is to manage and optimize our pricing and packaging in a highly competitive and price sensitive environment. Your goal is to support the maximization of customer adoption, retention, and expansion, while maintaining clear alignment with underlying cloud costs. This role requires a blend of deep analytical rigor, research, hands-on product collaboration and experience rolling out large pricing changes.
• You will own the tactical execution and analytical discovery for our pricing and packaging decisions:Product Team Partnership: Serve as the dedicated pricing expert, collaborating daily with Product Management to define the packaging and pricing for new features, products, and platform changes.
• Cloud Cost Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of cloud computing costs related to our offerings and model how changes in infrastructure or product usage impact our margins.
• Analytical Modeling: Utilize your advanced analytics skills to build, maintain, and own complex financial models that project revenue, costs, and margins for various pricing scenarios, new usage metrics, and expansion strategies.
