Shift Leader

About the role

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for your shift. This means supporting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in their daily tasks and ensuring that the unit is operated according to company guidelines and values. You are also responsible for working with, evaluating, and actively identifying improvements within your area of responsibility. This is reported to the Restaurant Manager (RM) and Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM).

If neither the Restaurant Manager nor the Assistant Restaurant Manager is on site, you are the person in charge. The role has a strong operational focus, where you are expected to work both in the kitchen and at the register (either 75/25 or vice versa), while maintaining Bastard Burgers' standards for cl
