In this role, you will handle major projects, business operations, and strategic initiatives within an international shipbuilding environment. In more practical terms, you will:
Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Advise on contractual risk allocation and dispute avoidance
Support procurement and subcontracting activities
Advise on compliance, sanctions, corporate governance and regulatory matters
Develop legal processes, policies, templates and internal guidance
Deliver legal training and support legal awareness across the organisation
Contribute to the development of legal operations and ways of working
