This newly established role will be part of the Legal team and offers a unique opportunity to help shape contract management practices and work at the interface between Projects, Procurement, Legal and Business teams. Due to a strong order book and the strategic decision to pursue growth, the operations of Davie Shipyards in Finland are expanding rapidly, making this a particularly exciting time to join the team!

In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of complex international shipbuilding projects in direct customer-interface. In more practical terms, you will:

Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks

Serve as the first point of contact towards customers, ensuring that that they remain updated on the progress of the project

Support in contract interpretation and implementation

Manage change orders, contractual notices and claims processes

Participate in contract
