Jr. Relocation Coordinator

Are you ready to take charge of relocating skilled talent from around the world? As our Jr. Relocation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring employees experience a smooth onboarding into Finnish working life.

You will have the chance to arrange a streamlined integration for foreign employees, guiding them through practical, administrative, and settlement-related activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating their immigration journey and residence permit application process.

We work in a hybrid model, so you will enjoy the flexibility of working from your home in Helsinki as well as our Barona offices. However, the role does require field work and visits to authorities. This is a part-time position, suitable alongside your studies or other personal commitments.

You are passionate and/ or have a good knowledge of the Finnish labor law, taxation, social security and immigration systems.

Prior experience in relocation, global mobility, customer service, HR, immigration services, or similar will give you a competitive advantage.

You are able to translate complex information into clear, coherent guidance through both written and verbal communication.

You are fluent in Finnish, English and additional languages are considered an advantage.
