As we continue our international growth, we are looking for a Fleet Expansion Manager to take ownership of fleet-related expansion projects across Europe.
You will own the fleet setup for new markets and ensure that vehicles are operationally ready, responsibilities are clear, and timelines and dependencies are managed ahead of launch. You will also build scalable processes for bringing additional vehicles into existing markets as operations grow.
You will work across teams and stakeholders to keep multiple expansion projects moving towards launch.
Responsibilities
- Own the fleet workstream for new market launches and expansion projects
- Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, responsibilities and scalable processes
- Coordinate and delegate work across teams and stakeholders, set clear expectations and follow progress through to completion
- Identify dependencies, risks and potential bottlenecks early and drive them towards resolution
- Prioritise and adapt plans across several parallel projects as timelines and priorities evolve
