Responsibilities
- Do data pipelines, data migrations and cloud data platforms belong to your comfort zone? Do you master the relevant data tools to enable scalable analytics and AI services
- We are looking for a Junior or Senior Data Engineer to join our team. As a member of our Insights & Data practice, you will be part of a global network of data experts and work to design and implement cloud data platforms on a cutting-edge technology stack.
- Your role will be defined based on your experience and interests, possibilities varying from hands-on implementation work to designing data and solution architectures.
- Your profile:
- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Engineer in designing and implementing Azure-based ETL solutions and scalable data pipelines. (experience with AWS or Google Cloud is an advantage)
- Experience with Databricks and other modern Lakehouse platforms
- Good hands-on skills with SQL, PySpark and Python
- Deeper understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience in implementing dimensional based models
- Practical experience with CI/CD practices and related tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business, data, and technology, translating customer needs into trusted technical solutions
- Beneficial skills:
- Previous experience as a Data Architect is an advantage
- Experience in Snowflake
- Experience in reporting tools, such as Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Data integration and processing tools such as Informatica or SSIS
- Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation
