Founded in 2025 by Peter Sarlin, whose previous company Silo AI became Europe's largest AI acquisition, NestAI brings together over 150 engineers and scientists and partners with leading European defence forces and industry.</span></p><h6>Role Description</h6><p>In this role, you will focus on building, scaling, and maintaining the core cloud-based infrastructure and web applications that power our long-term platform vision. You will work on foundational, mission-critical services that allow NestOS to process high-throughput data, manage distributed fleets, and deliver real-time situational intelligence.</p><p>You will collaborate closely with core platform developers, security specialists, and AI researchers to build scalable, secure, and resilient web architectures across cloud and on-premise deployments. You will work with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, and major cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.</p><p><strong>Day-to-day responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of web applications.</p></li><li><p>Building and operating backend services, APIs, and databases.</p></li><li><p>Managing and optimizing cloud environments and production deployments.</p></li><li><p>DevOps practices: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability across cloud and on-prem environments.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating closely in agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</p></li><li><p>Interfacing directly with key stakeholders to understand requirements, adapt to diverse technical environments, and deploy tailored solutions for FDE roles.</p></li></ul><h6>Qualifications</h6><ul><li><p>Deep experience (minimum of 5 years or equivalent experience) in Full Stack software development</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the full web development stack, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in Linux environments and database management.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Pluses: Practical platform engineering, security expertise (OIDC/OAuth2, Vault, compliance), or experience with AI/ML data pipelines.</p></li></ul><h6><strong class="text__bold" style="white-space:pre-wrap;">Why join NestAI</strong></h6><p><span style="white-space:pre-wrap;">At NestAI, you’ll build meaningful, real-world technology as part of a world-class team of engineers, scientists, and experienced professionals.
