<p>Our Sales Operations team is looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to help transform data into insights that support business decisions and drive commercial success. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership and other stakeholders across the organization, turning sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting data into meaningful recommendations that help guide our growth. Rather than building reporting foundations from scratch, you will build on the strong processes and tools already in place and play a key role in strengthening data-driven decision-making across the business. Keep reading! </p><p>As a Senior Sales Analyst, you will lead our sales forecasting activities by gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing consolidated input for demand planning and S&amp;OP processes. You will be responsible for producing monthly business analyses on bookings, pipeline development, and commercial performance, helping sales leadership understand what is happening in the business and why. In addition, you will own CRM data quality, ensuring that our sales data remains reliable, actionable, and aligned with business needs. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve sales processes, recommend development initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to implement improvements. As a trusted partner to sales leadership, you will provide insightful analyses rather than simply reporting numbers, enabling informed decision-making throughout the organization. </p><p>To succeed in this role, you have +5 years of experience working in sales analytics, sales operations, business analytics, or a similar commercial analytics role and have a strong track record of translating complex data into clear business insights. You have experience supporting sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI tracking, and commercial reporting, and you understand how sales organizations operate. You are comfortable working with CRM systems and have a strong understanding of data quality management and governance. You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and are able to explain your recommendations and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels. You enjoy collaborating with sales leaders and are confident enough to challenge existing ways of working when improvements are needed. </p><p>Experience from a manufacturing company and/or a fast-growing international organization is considered an advantage. Salesforce administration experience and relevant certifications are also a plus.
