, Head of Telco Products Development, and I’m building the next growth chapter for Telia beyond connectivity. I’m looking for a Senior Product Manager (Partnerships & Innovations) who wants real ownership – from building the Strategy up to a real execution of new business lines and Partnerships with in our Telco products. If you want influence, trust, and space to build, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Own business development on B2X level around our Core Products & Services - from opportunity discovery to market success.
- Own Innovations of our overall B2X products portfolio, and in general in our organization.
- Lead defined strategy through launch and scaling.
- Work cross-functionally across sales, technology, legal, and operations, and keep things moving when they stall.
- Keep the portfolio moving: what we add, what we refresh, what we package differently, and what we stop. A portfolio that only grows is not being managed.
- Find the next route to the customer before it is obvious, and build new things where the opportunity earns it. The innovation here is as much in how a product reaches people as in what the product is.
- What will help you thrive in this role:
- The suitable candidate is a senior professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who is as comfortable with how a product is delivered as with why it sells. Success in this role requires proven ownership, sound decision-making, and solid stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience as Product Manager, or in business development.
- Proven experience taking products or services to market at scale, in consumer or business markets, and evidence of having changed a portfolio rather than only added to it.
- Comfortable moving between a conversation about partner terms and a conversation about how the solution will actually work in practice (Processes & Systems integrations, Products shaping and development, Solution high level architectures). You don't need to write the code, but you need to understand how things are built and what that means for the decision.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English languages (both written and spoken).
