Customer Lifecycle CoE Sales Manager

About this role

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Sales Specialists to achieve retention and renewal targets.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans, supported by regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Create a positive and high-performing team culture through training, recognition, and continuous development.
• Drive customer engagement strategies that improve adoption, retention, and renewal outcomes.
• Ensure timely and proactive management of upcoming renewal opportunities.
• Support the team in identifying risks, retention opportunities, and customer growth potential.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Vendor, and Partner teams to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Monitor renewal pipelines and provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
• Promote the adoption of Customer Lifecycle Services and lifecycle best practices.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and increased customer value within existing accounts.
• Attend customer, partner, and internal meetings to strengthen relationships and drive successful outcomes.
• Knowledge Skills and Experience
• Experience leading customer success, renewals, account management, or retention teams.
• Knowledge of customer adoption, engagement, expansion, and renewal best practices.
• Proven ability to drive team performance and deliver measurable business results.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of partner-led customer engagement models and customer lifecycle methodologies.
• IT industry experience, ideally within cloud, software, subscriptions, or technology solutions.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Management role preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments is an advantage.
