Smith+Nephew’s Commercial Center of Excellence (CoE) Team is a key driver for sustainable and profitable growth across Business Units in the International Region (i.e. the established markets in Europe and Asia/Pacific). The team leads the customer relationships with strategic accounts such as large hospital chains and trusts and group purchasing organizations as well as the development and implementation of pricing frameworks and the centralized management of offers, tenders and contracts.

Role Summary

As Digital Pricing Excellence Lead, you will lead the development and deployment of digital tools (e.g., CPQ, CLM, Tender Management) that enable commercial excellence across the International region. You will define product vision, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and market teams to ensure successful rollouts and continuous enhancements.

What you will be doing?

Align standardized commercial models with International Pricing team, Business Units and local markets

Determine digitization demands in Pricing and Pricing governance

Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and user feedback.

Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of features.

Lead market rollouts and manage change requests and enhancements.

Ensure tools support pricing governance, quotation efficiency, and contract compliance.

Monitor product performance and adoption; drive continuous improvement.

What will you need to be successful?

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a commercial or digital transformation context.

Strong understanding of commercial processes (pricing, quoting, contracting, tendering).

Experience with CPQ, CLM, CRM, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, PROS).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Agile methodology experience preferred.

Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 228,000 PLN – 342,000 PLN gross annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
