As a People Operations Senior Associate you will be working as part of a team and reporting to the GBS HR Services Lead, this role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing HR administrative duties relating to all core processes provided by HR Services EMEA. With a customer focused and professional manner, this role will be the first point of contact for HR queries from our customer base comprising of employees & managers at all levels and from all areas of the

business. Duties

will also include supporting and educating our customers in using the Company’s HR System (Workday), review and approval of notifications in Workday and producing relevant paperwork in line with agreed internal

processes.

What will you be doing?

First point of contact to our customer base for HR queries

Provide support to our customer base on all core processes provided by HR Services

Caseload management, responding to all employee HR queries within agreed SLAs and in line with the processes of the Global Business Services function

Escalate tasks as appropriate to the broader HR team within agreed SLA

Follow-up cases to resolution

Review and approve notifications in Workday in line with processes

Produce relevant paperwork in line with agreed processes and timelines

Administrative and system support on all HR Cycles as required including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management cycle

Maintain Personnel files

Adherence to metrics and work within agreed Service Level Agreements

Minimal error rates and dissatisfied customers

Involvement in projects as required

What will you need to be successful?

1-3 years of proven work experience in similar position

Bachelor's degree

Fluent German

At least intermediate English

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Self-motivated, proactive and capable to work independently under limited supervision

Ensure low error rate

Knowledge of MS Office and HR systems (Workday as a plus)

Good understanding of HR processes

Organizational skills and ability to priorities

Analytical and problem-solving capability

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 77,250.00 - 1,16,000.00 PLN gross annually.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
