We are looking for an intern to strengthen the Supply Planning team at our production site in Mijdrecht. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of the world’s leading FMCG companies, operating in more than 70 countries with over 13,000 employees worldwide.

What will you do?

During this internship, you will gain valuable work experience within Supply Chain and actively contribute to production scheduling activities. You will support the Supply Planning team in ensuring high service levels, strong schedule adherence, and optimal inventory levels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting decision-making and trade-off analysis to optimize the production plan

Ensuring system accuracy by reflecting production performance in SAP and Kinaxis Maestro

Monitoring schedule adherence and identifying deviations or potential disruptions

Collaborating with Manufacturing and Finished Goods Planning to optimize production runs

Supporting short-term issue resolution and helping prevent recurring issues

Participating in the monthly Supply Review process (S&OP – Step 3)

Extracting, analyzing, and consolidating data and preparing reports for stakeholders

Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Who are you?

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

You have a strong interest in Supply Chain and Manufacturing environments

You are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)

You are proactive, flexible, and eager to learn

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You are detail-oriented and able to maintain oversight

You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are a plus)

Knowledge of macros is an advantage

You are motivated to learn and develop yourself within an international environment
