Responsibilities

• Support monthly legal entity financial analysis, including statutory and regulatory reporting, P&L and balance sheet commentary and management information.
• Prepare balance sheet reviews,
• reconciliations
• and supporting analysis to maintain strong financial control and data integrity.
• Assist
• with statutory accounts, regulatory
• returns
• and audit deliverables, working with internal teams, outsourced
• providers
• and auditors.
• Support technical accounting, local GAAP analysis, tax

• and entity-specific disclosures.
• Contribute to forecasting,

• and financial planning processes, explaining key movements and trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting efficiency,

• and use of financial data.
• About the Candidate
• Part-qualified accountant studying towards a
• recognised
• accounting qualification.

The team fosters collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, helping enable our clients to be better investors. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to join the UK & EMEA Financial Reporting and Control team in Edinburgh. You will support month-end reporting, financial control activities, statutory and regulatory reporting, audit delivery and legal entity planning. The role offers broad exposure to financial reporting, budgeting and commercial insight, while providing the opportunity to learn from experienced Financial Controllers.
