Are you an experienced digital leader who wants to shape the digital backbone of Volvo Trucks? As Head of Digital Product & Infrastructure, you will lead a key area within Digital Management, driving digital product management and infrastructure services that enable business value, customer impact, and our continued transformation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely across Volvo Trucks, Volvo Group, Digital Technology & Operations, business units, and Group Functions. What you will doAs Head of Digital Product & Infrastructure, you will lead a unit of approximately 25–30 employees, primarily Digital Product Area Managers and Digital Product Managers. You will be accountable for developing the digital products, capabilities, and resources in your area, ensuring strong alignment with Volvo Trucks’ business priorities, IT strategies, and transformation agenda. With a customer-centric mindset, you will use business insight, user journeys, and design thinking to ensure that digital products continuously create value.

You will:

Shape and drive digital product roadmaps together with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Business Partners, staff functions, and delivery leaders, ensuring clear prioritization based on business needs and IT strategies.

Own end-to-end lifecycle management, including runtime and one-time budgets, financial follow-up, and resource planning for the unit in close cooperation with deli
