Fuels Capital is a Nordic private credit firm providing structured, asset-backed financing to entrepreneurs and privately held companies across Northern and Western Europe. We focus on fundamentally sound businesses, unlocking liquidity from illiquid asset bases and ownership structures to enable acquisitions, growth, and shareholder liquidity, always with a strong emphasis on downside protection.
Our strategy centres on senior secured and secured subordinated lending, typically backed by real estate, financial assets, or other hard collateral. We invest across two segments: (1) Growth, entrepreneurial capital for SMEs; and (2) Corporate, structured lending within the lower mid-market, with ticket sizes of EUR 5-25 million.

Responsibilities
- We're looking for a Marketing Manager who builds authority, not just awareness. You'll work directly with leadership, set the strategy yourself and own a lot of the output, supported by a freelance bench but not waiting for one. The goal is to make Fuels Capital the name that entrepreneurs, investors and their advisors think of first when capital is tied up in the wrong place at the wrong time.
- What you'll own
- Earned media & PR
- Execute PR activities that generate earned media across European fintech, finance, and national business press.
- Orchestrate local PR agencies across all markets.
- Build and manage media relationships, pitch stories, coordinate interviews, and secure speaking opportunities and partnerships.
- Leadership personal brand
- Own the leadership team's personal brands by managing LinkedIn, thought leadership, podcasts, conferences, awards, and public appearances.
- Events & partnerships
- Plan and deliver customer events, executive dinners, webinars, conferences, and partner events -- from idea to execution.
