WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a BI Specialist within Digital Commercial at H&M, you will play a key role in transforming digital performance data into accessible, impactful insights for commercial teams across the organization. Working close to the digital business, you will help shape and scale H&M’s digital commercial reporting toolbox by building intuitive, reliable and business-relevant BI solutions that support better, faster decisions.
In this role, you combine strong technical BI skills with a genuine curiosity for digital commerce and customer behaviour. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across global and local teams to understand their analytical needs and translate them into clear reporting solutions that help teams understand performance, identify opportunities and take relevant commercial action.
To succeed in this role, you will:
Build, maintain and continuously improve BI reports, dashboards and data models, primarily using Microsoft Power BI.
Translate business questions into clear BI solutions across areas such as traffic, customer journey, funnel performance, conversion, product visibility and sales performance.
Transform large and complex datasets into user-friendly visualizations, data stories and actionable insights.
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders, analysts and data teams to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable and business-relevant.
Contribute to modernizing H&M’s digital commercial reporting toolbox, including exploring how AI-supported capabilities can improve reporting and decision support.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Digital Commercial team, working closely with global and local commercial stakeholders, analysts, data teams and digital functions. The team’s mission is to enable stronger digital commercial performance by making insights more accessible, actionable and connected to business decisions.
The role reports to the Digital Commercial Manager.
