Responsibilities

  • We’re seeking a Senior Game Designer with 5+ years experience to help drive the design of one of our multiplayer projects forward.
  • You’ll work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to turn ideas from paper into polished, engaging player experiences. As a Senior Designer, your role isn’t just to answer every question it’s to provide clarity, foster collaboration, and help bring the team’s expertise to new levels.
  • You’ll guide discussions, align vision, and use data-driven insights to make impactful design decisions. You’ll be a hands-on contributor, collaborating across multiple development teams and disciplines to deliver features from concept through to launch.
  • Design and iterate on gameplay systems and features, from concept to shipped content
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and art to ensure designs are achievable and impactful
  • Use data and player insights to improve gameplay and balance
  • Help establish clear quality bars for combat, progression, UI/UX, and overall player experience
  • Mentor and support junior designers, helping them grow and take ownership

Requirements

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with designers, engineers, artists, and other disciplines, creating shared understanding and strong outcomes.
  • Mentoring: Proven ability to work closely with junior team members and help them grow within the field of game design.
  • Paper to End Product Design: Skilled at bringing ideas from initial concept and documentation through prototyping, iteration, and final implementation.
  • Presentation: Skilled and comfortable presenting and explaining ideas and design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Data Driven Design: You use analytics, player feedback, and test results to inform and ref
